About me

I, Dwarka Prasad Jangir was born in Bassi, a village near Chittorgarh on 5th May, 1953. I grew up in a small town and after forcing myself through school till 8th grade, I devoted myself to painting. I grew up watching my parents making Kaavad and by time I also mastered the skill of this beautiful craft from my father. Working since 40 years, and I have also has participated and exhibited his work in many exhibitions where I showcased my art.
