Inshada Bashir

I am an entrepreneur of kashmir handicrafts. I am done with my B.Sc & master's in craft Management and enterpreneurship from craft development institute Srinagar. After that I did my business management training at shrishti institute of art and design. My father was a carpet weaver after that he started his business in handmade carpets. After my bachelor's I got interested in crafts. In kashmir there are no private sector and people are always waiting for govt. Jobs but I choose different and I wana help crafts people and crafts of Kashmir through my knowledge and skills.
