The Xylem Pendant light won the studio the Young Talent at Elle Decor International Designs Awards in 2014. It was also one of designs which was part of a year-long design show at Manchester Art Gallery titles 'South Asian Design' that concluded in June 2018. The texture of the lights is inspired by the microscopic cellular structure of plant vascular tissue. Xylem being the one that transports the life sustaining nutrients through the plant body.
