Kullu stole is inspired by the popular weaving of Kullu, namely Kullu Shawl. The design is inspired by the theme of sacred geometry majorly using lines as the fundamental element. The stole has artisans friendly design using their existing motif and adding some design element to it. All raw materials are locally sourced ( wool from the local tribe). The product is designed for a niche market.
In the times of covid when travelling is not an option, people started working from home to earn a living. The stole is a way for the weavers to help them cope up with difficult times.
