I am basically a Human Resource Professional belonging to Himachal Pradesh. After putting in around 12 years in different facets of HR , I took a conscious decision to start my own venture which not only stimulates me and challenges me but also contributes to the society .Bayya Weavers is now a social enterprise making hand weaved hemp footwear and providing sustainable livelihood opportunities to the women residing in the remotes of the hills.
