Pahadi chillis are pungent and colourful. And what we use to make our chilli flakes. Made in-house, the chillis are sundried for added crispness before making flakes. Sprinkled in salads, topped on spreads, added as a garnish to meats, so many ways to use Kilmora Mirchi. Chillis bought from small and marginal farmers. Sun-dried until crisp, hand pounded, and chilli flakes made from a mix of seeds and chilli. Majority of seeds discarded in the making of Chilli Flakes
